The competition is open to subjects aged 18 to 90. This competition wants to underline the voluntary services as a convergence between different
cultures and different types of helps. The participants will have to send their lyrics (in Italian language or English language with Italian translation),

The enrollment could be achieved in two ways:

Deadline: 31th March, 2012
All text have to be received not later than 30th April, 2012, (the date of the postmark is considered as an attestation).In every case
the Committent will consider invalid the entries received after this date.
Elaborates will be received by a Technical Commission, that will provide to assign a code to every document.
After that the Commission transfers the elaborates to a Jury (recognizables only by the code, warranting impartial judgement).
The Jury is appointed by the European Association of Voluntary Services (CEV). They will select the entry that better suits the purpose.
The judgement is unappeasable and declares the winner.
Prizes There will be only one winner.
The prizes for him/her will be:
a plaque
a CD recording with the winning lyrics sung on the anthem the winner text.
The winner has to renounce to his royalties and rights on lyrics. The copyright could be used to finance deserving plans of other European voluntary association.
